Sofia Forman PsyD

Sofia Forman, PsyD, completed her doctorate in Clinical Psychology in Berkeley, California, and is deeply passionate about the intersection of mind and body through talk therapy and movement. She is trained in Pilates, Yoga, and Breathwork & Meditation, offering a unique blend of approaches to support her clients' well-being. Sofia earned her Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Columbia University, focusing on spirituality, with a particular emphasis on end-of-life care. She has a special interest in perinatal mental health and coping with grief/loss.  She uses various elements including traditional talk therapy, guided meditation, breath work, tools to calm the nervous system, elements of yoga asana, art or creative therapy, and other techniques for increasing self-awareness.

Sofia is available for both virtual and in-person appointments, making her services accessible and tailored to individual needs. Danielle has graciously offered free initial consults to the Leaside/Thorncliffe community and Leaside Village patients. 

Cost ranges between $220-$280 per individual session.
